Job Description:
PTC India is looking for a motivated QA Specialist to join its Pune team. The role involves designing, developing, and executing test plans, building automation scripts, and ensuring product quality through effective performance testing and scalability analysis. The ideal candidate should be passionate about software testing and eager to contribute to innovation in enterprise-level applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, execute, and analyze performance and multi-user tests for benchmarking.
• Create automation scripts using tools like JMeter, Gatling, or similar.
• Document results, review test updates, and recommend best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (CFT) to ensure testing quality and process efficiency.
• Participate in debugging, performance tuning, and application diagnostics.
• Contribute to QA automation for APIs and GUIs.

Preferred Skill:

• Strong understanding of QA methodologies and Agile processes.
• Hands-on experience with Java, Selenium, and automation frameworks.
• Familiarity with Continuous Delivery tools (Jenkins/GoCD).
• Scripting knowledge (Batch/Powershell).
• Excellent communication, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
