Required Skills:

• Ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Participate in structured training programs across key departments such as Production, Quality, R&D, Service, and Training
• Gain hands-on experience in equipment design, assembly, operation, and maintenance
• Support product and process improvement initiatives through data analysis and implementation
• Prepare technical reports, maintain documentation, and coordinate with internal technical teams
• Engage in on-site learning to understand real-world field operations, customer needs, and applications
• Contribute innovative ideas to improve productivity, efficiency, and workplace safety
• Demonstrate strong commitment to learning, teamwork, and continuous improvement
