Job Description:

Reliance Industries Limited is inviting applications for its Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) Program 2026, designed to identify and nurture top engineering talent across the country. The program offers a year-long, structured learning journey combining classroom and on-the-job training to prepare candidates for impactful technical roles within the organization.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Final-year E./B.Tech students (Batch 2026) from AICTE-approved colleges.
• Eligible disciplines: Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, Fire, Civil, Metallurgical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
• Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA in 10th, 12th, and Diploma (if applicable), and in Engineering (up to the latest semester).
• No active backlogs or academic detention.
• Education gap should not exceed 3 years between qualifying stages (10th–12th, 12th–Diploma/B.Tech, etc.).
• Candidate must be a resident of India.

Recruitment Process:

Step 1: Screening by RIL Team

• Candidate details will be reviewed for eligibility.
• Shortlisted applicants will be invited for the assessment round.
• Application Window: 15th Oct 2025 (9:00 AM IST) – 24th Oct 2025 (11:59 PM IST).

Step 2: Online Assessment (Cognitive + Technical)

• Candidates clearing the screening will receive access to the test link.
• Assessment Date: 29th Oct 2025 (12:00 PM – 9:30 PM IST).

Step 3: Regional Interviews (In-Person)

• Candidates shortlisted from the assessment will be invited for face-to-face interviews at designated regional centres.
• Tentative Schedule: Mid-December 2025.
