Job Description:
Phenom People is hiring for the role of Product Development Engineer I – Machine Learning. This position involves designing, developing, and implementing intelligent solutions that enhance Phenom’s AI-driven products. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you’ll apply advanced machine learning techniques to create real-world impact through scalable, high-performance systems.
Skills & Requirements:
All About You:
- 0–3 years of experience in developing or applying machine learning models
- Solid understanding of supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP)
- Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras, or Transformers
- Familiarity with data processing and analytical tools like SQL, Spark, or Hadoop
- Knowledge of emerging technologies such as Transformers, Large Language Models (LLMs), and AI Agents is an advantage
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement machine learning algorithms and models to enhance Phenom’s products and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
- Conduct research to explore and apply new advancements in machine learning
- Analyze large datasets to identify insights that drive product improvements
- Develop and maintain machine learning workflows and data pipelines
- Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery of features
- Participate in code reviews, promoting clean, efficient, and maintainable code
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges related to ML models and data processes
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation for models, workflows, and algorithms
