Job Description:

Tower Research Capital is looking for talented and passionate Software Engineer freshers from the 2024 / 2025 batch to join its growing team in Gurgaon.

The role involves designing, building, and maintaining efficient, reliable, and high-performance software systems that support trading, market analysis, and operational workflows.

Eligibility Criteria:

Degrees Accepted: B.E / B.Tech in a relevant engineering discipline

Skills Required:

Strong foundation in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Programming (preferably in C++)

Excellent problem-solving abilities

Working knowledge of Linux

Familiarity with Python and Shell Scripting (a plus)

Strong communication and team collaboration skills

Passion for new technologies and innovative ideas

Financial experience not required

Job Responsibilities:

Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code

Enhance low-latency / high-throughput trading environments

Build risk management and performance tracking tools

Develop applications for post-trade lifecycle management

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable technical solutions
