Job Description:

BlackRock is hiring 2025 graduates to join the Aladdin Product Group as Full Stack Developers for the eFront Invest platform — a global SaaS solution for managing Alternative Investments.

You’ll be part of a global engineering team, building end-to-end features using modern technologies across cloud, backend, and frontend. This is an opportunity to work on real-world financial tech challenges in a collaborative, innovation-driven environment.

Gain hands-on experience in C#, .NET, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure), SQL, and frontend frameworks, while exploring the growing Private Equity tech space.

Eligibility Criteria:

Year of Graduation: 2025

Degree Requirements:

  • B.E / B.Tech (Any branch with strong programming background)

  • M.E / M.Tech / MCA (with relevant project/internship experience)

Skills Required:

  • Good knowledge of C#, .NET, or any OOP language

  • Familiar with HTML/CSS/JavaScript/TypeScript

  • Basic SQL and database concepts

  • Exposure to AWS/Azure (academic/projects is fine)

  • Understanding of Agile, version control, and clean code

  • Strong problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn

  • Good communication and teamwork abilities

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and deploy features on a scalable SaaS platform

  • Work across frontend and backend components

  • Learn and apply cloud engineering practices

  • Collaborate with global teams in Agile sprints

  • Understand financial tech for Alternative Investments

  • Support, debug, and monitor production systems
