Job Description:
Tudip Technologies, a CMMI Level 5 company, is looking for enthusiastic and driven freshers to join as Business Development Executives. In this role, you will help expand Tudip’s client base, support revenue growth, and engage with global customers. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and contribute to business strategy in a dynamic, people-first work environment.
Responsibilities :
• Identify potential business opportunities through research, outbound calls, email outreach, and networking.
• Conduct presentations, demos, and solution discussions with prospective clients, showcasing Tudip’s value proposition.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, commercial documents, and assist in negotiating business terms.
• Work closely with internal departments (Marketing, Delivery, Operations) to align solutions with client requirements.
• Achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets and maintain consistent performance metrics.
• Track sales activities, conversion ratios, and market insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Stay informed about competitor offerings, industry trends, and emerging market demands.
