Job Description:

CSG is inviting applications for the role of Software Development Engineer I (SDE I). This position offers a great opportunity for passionate individuals to kickstart or advance their careers in software development. You’ll work on real-world telecom billing and charging systems, collaborating with experienced professionals while learning industry best practices in software engineering.

Skills & Requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Are entry-level professionals or have relevant experience.
• Have experience or knowledge in SingleView Telecom Billing and Charging systems.
• Are familiar with SingleView Configuration layer / EPM.
• Possess knowledge of one or more programming languages such as C, C++, Perl, Java, SQL, XML.
• Can assist in designing, coding, and testing software applications.
• Are eager to collaborate with senior developers and learn industry-standard practices.
• Can debug and fix software issues under supervision.
• Have a basic understanding of programming concepts, data structures, and software development methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in software design, development, and testing activities.
• Support senior engineers in developing and deploying telecom software applications.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Assist in debugging, troubleshooting, and resolving application issues.
• Learn and apply modern development practices and tools.
• Collaborate effectively within a distributed, remote-first team environment.
